Root C(ertificate)A(uthorities) are a failure and acts of
oppression (i today have my long range overheating).
For anyone network-affine i also recommend searching for "Domain
Name System without Root Servers" in addition, of Matthäus Wander
et al of Universität Duisburg-Essen, from 2017 (and in TeX so also
aesthetic).
