Going forward since Apple laptops default to 16Gb RAM, perhaps, future
builds will make use of the memory.

Thanks.  Yes, I use `build.sh -j 4 ...' and see the xload show multiple
horizontal lines for job activity.  Does the `-j' switch enable
concurrency and parallelism?
