Martin Rudalics has a good grasp on probing Emacs and X.
Another ctwm feature request would be for xterm to remember original
size and full/maximized window size toggle that persists across ctwm
restart.
The ctwm mailing list archive was not available when I looked so I
didn't ask upstream over there. ctwm restart is probably a rare event
after fixed customization so ctwm-dev attention would be better spent on
other priorities.
