Re: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 USB webcam resolution

Hello,

Have tried a bit with mplayer, all commands using VNC session to the raspberrypi4:

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=352:height=288

works fine. I can watch the webcam stream.

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=640:height=480

works fine. Bigger window, better resolution.

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=800:height=600

The video window is bigger appears to have a better resolution, but it's completely like a puzzle.

full command output:

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=800:height=600

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=1280:height=720

Bigger picture, seems to be with more resolution but screen is puzzleded with 8 horizontal bands

netbsd-raspa4$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0:width=1280:height=720
netbsd-r

Same but with a more puzzleded window.

Regards.
