Hello, I can no longer reproduce this issue. I noticed other shell
scripts randomly failing and somebody suggested I export
HOST_SH=/bin/bash during NetBSD build.
This seems to have resolved the issue and gmp correctly identifies
64-bit build environment. So I assume this was a transient run time
issue with Solaris /bin/sh.
The system has dual SPARC T4 processors
$ psrinfo -pv
The physical processor has 8 cores and 64 virtual processors (0-63)
The core has 8 virtual processors (0-7)
