It was removed 18 months ago because:

    Remove some obsolete cross-compilation packages
    The recommended way nowadays is to use build.sh for generating
    cross-toolchains; for details, see e.g.
             http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/cross/

You posted to the pkgsrc-bugs list. It is for reporting about new GNATS
