because the /usr/pkg/include/gdk-pixbuf-1.0 directory is not created:

I made clean & cvs updated between attempts, & it still failed. Creating 
the directory by hand allows the install to complete normally.

Just make install within the graphics/gdk-pixbuf-gnome directory (or any 
pkg that depends on it...I was attempting to install eog).
