When built with t1lib-5.0.2nb1 xdvi from teTeX-2.0.2nb1 dumps core on some
.dvi files. The window shortly opens and closes immediately after that
with the core dump. Some other files, e. g. scrguide.dvi, seem to work.

Disabling t1lib support or reverting to t1lib-5.0.1 works Ok.

While here fix t1lib package not to install the whole documentation source 
including the Makefile, but only the final t1lib_doc.pdf.

The MESSAGE doesn't need the note about building the docs because there is 
already the pre-built PDF.
>How-To-Repeat:
Build teTeX with t1lib-5.0.2nb1.
Process hyperref.dtx (installed with teTeX) with LaTeX.
Notice that "xdvi hyperref.dvi" crashes.

Fix is unknown.
Workarounds are invoking xdvi with -not1lib or reverting to t1lib-5.0.1.
