This patch updates net/ncftp3 to version 3.1.8, which fixes one
particulary annoying bug. notable changes include:
- fixes a memory leak
- improved compatibility with various ftp-servers, especially
fixing the dreaded "recursive download from newer proftpd-servers fails"
problem.
