configure:8124: checking whether to enable mod_ext_filter

configure:8319: checking whether to enable mod_deflate
configure:8707: result: no
configure:8781: checking whether to enable mod_log_config
configure:8819: result: yes (all)

Both are not available from pkgsrc as ap2-* pkgs. Furthermore, acording to
the apache web page, "all" should include deflate.

This is needed to run mod_dav_svn (the subversion module).
