IRIX lorenz 5.3 08031225 IP20 mips

pkgsrc/time/cal does not compile on IRIX 5.3 since stricmp() is unknown

Add || defined (__sgi) to the respectie define in patch-ab. This assumes that 
IRIX 6 also needs that define. In fact I would not be surprised if almost any 
system needed it... FreeBSD 5 for example does not seem to know stricmp either 
(or does it?).
