Well, that's a fine reason then. That's what I was asking about.
I don't know the "procedure" for bundling a pkgsrc release, and
I know that postgres is not a simple one to do. But, I noticed that
it's a couple teeny releases behind. Is anyone working on updating
to 7.4.5? If not, would it be worth me trying to do so? Any pointers
to "How-To's" about making a pkgsrc blob for NetBSD much appreciated.

Because psql coredumps (at least on 2.0_BETA) with libedit.
