I built pkgdepgraph from a recent (within the last week) CVS
checkout of the sources. It consistently fails out with an “out of
memory” message followed soon after by dropping back to a command line
prompt. I have watch the memory usage on the machine and can watch
the FREE value steadily drop from over 200MB (with virtually nothing else going
on) to around 14MB or so at which point the “out of memory”
message is displayed and the program craps out. I have tried running the command both within Xwindows, as
well as from a command line after a boot, where nothing but system daemons are
running. The system in question is presently running NetBSD 1.6.2 on
a SPARCstation 5 with 256MB of RAM. Thanks for any help, Rob Mohr -- |
