What is funny, it does work, when p5-XML-Parser is not installed.
I mean when make isntall in intltool has to install p5-XML-Parser.

I am building pkges as normaln non-root user..

        to install pkgsrc/textproc/intltool

        excuse me dont have enough time..
        it seems that there is a dependecy in intltool Makefile..
