Building the net/mppe package create a lkm that need a DIAGNOSTIC kernel. I'm
not sure it is really a good think, because not many people runs DIAGNOSTIC
kernel.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/ppp-mppe && make install && modload /usr/pkg/lkm/mppe.o
>Fix:
Just change patch-cb
-+CFLAGS+= -DMPPE_DEBUG=1 -DDIAGNOSTIC -I ${.CURDIR}/../pppd
++CFLAGS+= -DMPPE_DEBUG=1 -I ${.CURDIR}/../pppd
