pkgtools/pkg_chk checks for the presence of the /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.*
libraries to enable the tag "x11" in pkgchk.conf, which could not be 
satisfied if you are using XFree86 or X.org from pkgsrc.

Install XFree86 or X.org from pkgsrc, /usr/X11R6 is empty, the "x11" tag
cannot be used in the pkgchk.conf configuration file.
