mail/cue does not find zlib.h during compilation. Moreover libz is not added to 
the libs.

Add
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --with-zlib=${LOCALBASE}
as well as
.include "../../devel/zlib/buildlink3.mk"
to Makefile.
I'm not sure about systems with native zlib.
