I believe the suggested fix is correct, although I would additionally
suggest that we modify the Xt library to check the value of an
X11-namespace environment variable that holds the value of ${LOCALBASE}.
This would allow XFILESEARCHPATHDEFAULT to be correct even if LOCALBASE
was not /usr/pkg.  This should probably be reclassified as an xsrc
change-request after a patch has been produced for this change.
