 bsmilp03 is TFM font which generated by ttf2tfm from arphic-ttf.
 I have fixed the path properly in cjk-latex, please test it, thanks.
 But we still need to tweak ttf2pk with this patch -

 Because ttfonts.map will be generated by cjk-latex.
