 Let's close this out.  While it's not resolved, it's not a sparc64 specific
 (or any particular platform) and it's not a pkg issue.  Moreover, the change
 to the ipsec-tools functionally changes the underlying source enough to make
 the partial fix that was applied last year.  It did work at one point, but
 this is case too fraught with copious details of useless info.
 
 If anyone wants to track a current case on this, look to bin/29915.
