 pkg/30029 describes a similar problem in devel/glib2 were the proposed solution 
 is the same as here (i.e. include the definition in config.h).
 
 pkg/30030 describes a similar problem in databases/shared-mime-info were the 
 solution proposed here doesn't work because config.h is overwritten by the 
 intltool override, but instead proposes to include the override _before_ the 
 definition of PREFIX.
