When trying to build python23 under mac os x tiger, i have some problems, some 
modules cannot be built, and there are problems with the posix unnamed 
semaphoser python try to use, but are not implemented (giving a nice warning). 
I modified the patches/patch-al to correctly detect tiger (ad Darwin 8*). With 
this little change, it builds, installs and run fine
