Please remove cogent.dl.sourceforge.net from the first place of 
MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE in /mk/bsd.sites.mk because it is too slow.
Delivering only 10 KB/s average is slowing down a build process too much.
Instead put heanet.dl.sourceforge, which is now third place to the first place.
I have a 100 Mbit/s Connection and Heanet could deliver constantly over 2000 
KB/s which is excellent.
