 Ok, sorry about that. Setting TERM to rxvt enables the function and
 home/end keys, but disables color support and ACS characters in vim,
 mutt, mp3blaster (but not tin). I couldn't find an rxvt-color (or
 similar) entry in termcap. There also seems to be no entry for terminal
 windows like aterm or mlterm.
