pkg/29525 and pkg/29809

I ran into a problem similar to the problem mentioned in the two above
PRs. 

Adding 

BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.zlib+=        zlib>=1.2.2

and 

.include "../../devel/zlib/buildlink3.mk"

to the Makefile solved the problem for me. I did not investigate
whether this quick fix works appropriately if the libz in the base
should be used. Also I do not know whether 1.2.2 is really the least
version for which this works.
