The UI of gtkam comes up the progress-bar for loading drivers completes from left to right, then comes the segfault.
Sidenotes:
1- Since this is an Apple iBook there is actually no serial (UART) interface.
2- Found the software work on i386, but there i have no USB-interface to use.
