 When attempting lyx-qt I saw:
 
 /home/reed/pkg/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so: undefined reference to `pthread_create'
 
 On NetBSD 2.0.2 and on PkgLinux (glibc-2.3.4 and Linux 2.6.9), 
 pkg/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so links with libpthread.so.0.
 
 But not on DragonFly 1.3.4-DEVELOPMENT.
 
 I didn't check on FreeBSD. I am guessing that DragonFly's libqt-mt.so 
 should link with libpthread.
 
 I think I saw same issue on Darwin, but now I can't remember the fix.
