I have two machines of the same type and same version of NetBSD with the same 
configuration of ipf. Those two have different IPs. One of them 
(213.160.19.xxx) can connect to ftp.NetBSD.org and to cvs, and download pkgsrc, 
vulnerability-list, etc. The other one with IP 83.133.150.xxx can't. There is 
no reason or misconfiguration on my side. Is it possible that some IP ranges 
are blocked on your side?
