Re: pkg/31500: devel/pango version 1.10.1 does not compile the cairo backend
The following reply was made to PR pkg/31500; it has been noted by GNATS.

Grrr, I still had the `CAIRO_LIBS' variable set, which caused
cairo-1.0.2 to fail in the pkgsrc environment. Unsetting it works fine
as far as cairo-1.0.2 is concerned.
But now pango-1.10.1's configure script fails to include the cairo
backend support *again*; the config.log shows it still needs pthread
support. I added it to /usr/pkg/lib/pkgconfig/cairo.pc, and then
pango-1.10.1 compiles with Cairo support seemingly fine. The provided
`example/pango-cairoview' application works too.
