zsh looks for its config files (zshrc, zprofile, zlogin, ...) in /etc instead
of ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}.  

Its ./configure script has a nice --enable-etcdir flag for this, so we should
set it to ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}.
