pkgsrc fails to bootstrap

Hello
I was trying to bootstrap pkgsrc on some local linux installation, but
it failed. Here's the error:
bmake: don't know how to make exec.o. Stop
bmake: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/bootstrap/work/pkg_install/lib
I've also took a look in /usr/pkgsrc/bootstrap/work/pkg_install/lib
and I've noticed that exec.c is not present. However it is mentioned
in the Makefile.
Any help would be greately appreciated.
