It once used to simply include everything without need for any special
configuration - the TTF stuff is actually pretty important, since at the
sizes of fonts used by typical presentations, most of the other fonts
look pretty terrible.

Yes, I know, I saw when that was added, and sent an e-mail to whoever it
was who did that (I have long forgotten) indicating that they could close
this PR - the options stuff (while not as good as simply doing the right
thing) is certainly adequate. I'd suggest that TTF should be the default
though.
