cdbkup-1.0nb4 builds incorrectly:
* it can depend on cdrtools or cdrtools-ossdvd, and
* it needs gtar, but doesn't set CONFIGURE_ENV correctly

        build cdbkup-1.0nb4
>Fix:
1. add cdrtools-ossdvd as an alternative to cdrtools dependency
2. use TOOLS_GTAR instead of TOOLS_TAR in the CONFIGURE_ENV.
