 I haven't looked at this problem anymore since I reported it, but I can
 also build teTeX3-bin without problems when openmotif is installed now.
 I haven't tried it without openmotif installed, but according to the bulk
 builds it isn't a problem either, so I think this PR can be closed, yes.
