This PR provided a rc.d script for mailman, but I see that it had one
since Sept. 2004:
rainier:/usr/pkgsrc$ ident mail/mailman/files/mailman.sh

Also PR #25165 covers this same PR I think.
Was there a problem with the provided rc.d script? Or was it not
installed or enabled?
