 Updating only part of the pkgsrc tree seems a little to difficult. As many 
 packages and dependencies, such as tools, wrappers and buildlinking 
 framework, may include other pkgsrc files. And when the files change, the 
 then included files may change again because some variable or option has 
 now changed.
 
 Partially fetching pkgsrc is not supported.
 
 This PR is near three years old. Anyone interested in implementing this?
