When I tried to update the "ImageMagick" and "xlockmore" packages on my
machine at the same time this morning the installation phase failed in
both cases because each of the packages complained about the files
installed by the other package.

This is a serious regression caused by the "CHECK_FILES" framework. This
has worked for many years without problems.

Install two independent packages at the same time.
