>Description:
Attached is the Qt4 PostgreSQL plugin for pkgsrc.
It is basically copied from the Qt3 PostgreSQL plugin, including
the $NetBSD$ RCS ID (which I suppose you need to change).
Compared to the Qt3 version, the Qt4 version needs additionally
the moc target to be built before the plugin itself.
I have tested the package: the plugin shows up as available
when querying the available database drivers from Qt. I did not
do any real-world testing (that is, connecting to a DB and doing
stuff) - I assume it works for now. If you add the package to
pkgsrc I will do further testing anyway, I need it.
Note:
I want to throw in the thought of moving the Qt SQL plugins
to the database category. I'm not the pkgsrc expert to decide
on this, but I suppose stuff that has to do with databases
should go there. For now I created the plugin in x11 as the qt3
version is also in there, but I wouldn't mind if all qt4 SQL
plugins go into the database category - you decide, I just
suggest it as a possibility.
