The current pkgsrc/net/xorp entry is for XORP-1.2.
XORP-1.3 has been released, so please update the corresponding pkgsrc/net/xorp
entry.
Note that XORP-1.3 compiles out-of-the-box on DragonFlyBSD (verified only
with DragonFlyBSD-1.4), hence the DragonFlyBSD-related patches are not needed
anymore.
