emulators/suse100_base does not install on modern (devfs using) FreeBSD:s as 
shown in:

In addition, once this is fixed, it still does not build because it uses 
${BRANDELF}, which is not defined for the FreeBSD platform.

This patch modifies the package to not even try to set up /dev in the linux 
emulation chroot:

It does not address the potential problems of other packages actually needing 
/dev to be properly set up.

The patch requires this patch to work:

It patches mk/platform/FreeBSD.mk to define BRANDELF.
