 Additional notes:
 (1) cvs up to -current updates mysql5-{client,server} to 5.0.26.  
 Compilation fails with the exact same problem, "bool" is an undefined  
 type.
 (2) Plain 5.0.24a, "./configure --prefix=/opt/mysql && make", builds  
 without a problem. Consequently it seems this is a pkgsrc issue and  
 not a mysql issue.
 (3) I need to get a faster machine. Building this thing over and  
 again takes ages with a 1GHz G4 (I've been needing the excuse ;-)
