When using Dillo to download a file in the backgroud it fails, because by 
default it uses wget for downloads.
>How-To-Repeat:
Start dillo from terminal, go to website with a link to a picture, rigth click 
"save link as" and see dillo complains about the lack of wget.

>Fix:
Add this line in net/www/dillo/Makefile : 

DEPENDS+=     wget>=1.0:../../net/wget
