Try to build sysutils/915resolution on amd64.

Patch the Makefile to use -lx86_64 and 915resolution.c to use x86_64_iopl() 
instead of i386_iopl().  I am not sure of the preferred way to do this, as I am 
relatively new to pkgsrc internals, so please let me know and in the future I 
will conform to your specifications.
