The fix seemed to have something to do with pkgconfig and cpuflags.

Well, I did what you said, I edited /usr/pkg/lib/pkgconfig/xrandr.pc and
removed '-O2' and '-march=pentium3' from the Cflags: line.
That seemed to fix it.
