   This appears to be libpcap bug 1457168.  I only read the first part of the 
 bug, but it looks like on Solaris using a timeout value of less than 10 for 
 pcap_open_live is the same as using a timeout of 0 (infinite).  I changed 
 the code in p0f and nmap to use 10 (they both were using 1) and now those 
 programs work.
