Synopsis: lang/opencobol broken with new gmp

Configure script was changed to check __gmp_randinit instead of __gmp_rand,
and this change was taken from open-cobol 0.33 pre relase.

I also add test target to Makefile, and all test was passed, so this version
seem to work with new gmp.
