I just bumped clamav to the current release - 0.91.2
clamav-milter doesn't start, it logs the following :

Starting ClamAV version 0.91.2, clamav-milter version 0.91.2
_res is not supported for multi-threaded programs.

This wasn't a problem with 0.91.1
