I have implemented a change in pkg_install, available in version 20070828,
that outputs a warning that a symlink's target is missing, instead of the
wrong and misleading "file in +CONTENTS but not on filesystem" warning.
Juan has requested that this PR be closed since the warnings don't prevent
the proper installation of the package.  Thanks for the PR!
