 My apologizes for taking so long to reply. It took me some time to 
 rebuild the necessary packages and work trough new problems in the 
 process (some are already reported, more will follow).
 
 No, this issue seems to have been fixed. I have successfully built and 
 installed librsvg2-2.16.1nb2. Please close this PR.
