net/dnstop doesn't build on Solaris 10.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/dnstop ; bmake

Very simple: Uncomment the line in the Makefile that says "You may need to
uncomment this, esp on Solaris".
Should PRs like this be filed? It's obviously something that should be fixed,
but on the other hand the fix is quite obvious.
